1995–1998 — Head of the Analytical Department of the PRIME-TASS business news agency;

1997–2000 — Senior Expert with the economic expert group of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation;

2001–2012 — Manager of projects introduced by the Government Executive Office, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of the Economic Development of the Russian Federation, the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and international projects in the CIS countries;

2012–2018 — First Deputy Head of the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation.

On 18 August, 2018 he was appointed as the new Head of the Analytical Center for the Government of the Russian Federation.
