Viktoria graduated from Russian Law Academy of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in 2009. She has higher professional education in Jurisprudence.

Ms Nikitina started her carrier in 2004 as a legal advisor at CJSC KWARK, Moscow. In 2010 she went on her professional and scientific development as an assistant at Informational security faculty, char 41 of the National Research Nuclear University. Started from 2012 Viktoria has been working Central Bank of the Russian Federation, in 2018 she was appointed for the position of head of the regulatory division of the Department of Information Security.

Ms Nikitina has actively participated in the development of Federal Law № 167 and of the following regulation of the Bank of Russia. She has a series of scientific works in information security area.
