Sergey Lebed was born on February, 23, 1975. He graduated from Military Space Academy n.a. Mozhayskiy, Ph.D. He is an expert in processes of management, means and methods of cybersecurity provision. He worked as Head of Department for perspective development of state defense procurement, «United Device Engineering Corporation». In 1999 he started working as a lecturer of «Methods and means of information security» in Bauman Moscow State Technical University. He is an author of the book «Firewalling. Theory and practice of external perimeter protection» (2002). He started his career in Sberbank in 2015 as Head of Cybersecurity Service.
