Gyorgy Racz is IBM Europe Director, Security Systems, leads the Security Software business in Europe. Responsible for P&L, Market development and sales, leading eight European security business units.

Prior to his European role he led Central Eastern Europe Security Business Unit.

Over the last 18 years in IBM, Gyorgy has held multiple roles across Sales, Software, Brands in both Europe and Middle East.
For the last five years he is devoted to cyber security. His team’s mission as experts is to create a network and alliance, to defend society and economy from a threat comparable to international terrorism. Proud of the team he was contributing to build, both sales and delivery, and the two important cyber security centres established and growing in CEE.

Gyorgy has na MBA in Business Administration from Henley Management School.
