Dmitry Samartsev is a Chief Executive Officer of BI.ZONE LLC, the most innovative Russian cybersecurity company that deals in data mining, cybersecurity audit and forensic investigations. Being in tight cooperation with multiple global organizations, such as INTERPOL, World Economic Forum, SWIFT, etc., BI.ZONE plays an active role in the international cybersecurity arena. BI.ZONE-CERT is authorized by Carnegie Mellon University and as a member of FIRST organization collaborates with CERT teams all over the globe against exacerbating cybercrime threat.

Mr. Samartsev was also a co-founder of Treatface Company, where he worked as a Director for Development before the creation of BI.ZONE LLC. Treatface is a technology company that develops and supplies advanced products and solutions, including Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) solutions for telecom operators and service-providers (SP), telecommunication networks monitoring and security systems, test instruments and systems for all kind of testing for telecommunication networks and network equipment.

Prior to starting his own business, Dmitry Samartsev was a Vice-President for Technological Development in INLINE Technologies, member of INLINE Technologies Group. INLINE Technologies is a versatile IT integrator, specializing in developing and implementing comprehensive solutions for wide automation of business tasks and activities of enterprises and institutions. The company has been operating since 1999 and is now one of the leaders in system and business integration in Russia.

In 2011 Dmitry Samartsev graduated from Moscow State Technological University «STANKIN» with bachelor and master degrees in Engineering and Technology (Computer Science and Engineering). In 2016 Mr. Samartsev graduated from Diplomatic Academy of Russian Foreign Ministry where he received a degree in Economics (World Economy).
