Artem graduated from National research Nuclear University MEPhI in 2010. He studied at Information Security Faculty, Specialty «Comprehensive Information Security of Automated Systems».

From 2010 until 2013 took part in improving information security of commercial bank. Implemented IDS, DLP, and internet traffic inspection system.

In the Central Bank of the Russian Federation from 2013 until 2015 took part in improving information security standards implemented by the Bank of Russia. Since 2015 has been taking part in developing unit of the Bank of Russia named Center of monitoring and responding to cyberattacks on financial institutes, especially in financial fraud prevention.
