Artem Kalashnikov was born in 1978, has higher education in engineering and technology. He has been working in the Central Bank of the Russian Federation since 2001. He held different positions, beginning from developing of payments technology protection, developed the protection system of Data centers of the Bank of Russia. Holds the position of the Head of the Financial CERT of the Bank of Russia since 2017.
